Carrier Education

Insurance Carriers and Product Availability

Learn how carrier relationships, product approval, underwriting, and state availability affect insurance conversations.

ACCESS TO A BROADER RANGE OF OPTIONS

As a non-captive financial professional, I have access to products from approximately 100 insurance carriers. This allows me to look beyond a single company's offerings and explore options that may better align with each client's goals, needs, circumstances, and eligibility.

I don't start with a company. I start with you.

HOW I SELECT OPTIONS

Every client is different. I consider factors such as:
Your financial goals and priorities
Your protection and planning needs
Your age, health, and circumstances
Product features and available benefits
Premium and affordability considerations
Underwriting requirements
Contract provisions and guarantees
State availability and eligibility

From there, I compare available options and help you understand the differences so you can make an informed decision.

SOME OF THE CARRIERS WE WORK WITH

Transamerica
Nationwide
Pacific Life
National Life
Mutual of Omaha
Protective
North American
Corebridge Financial
Ameritas
Principal
Lincoln Financial Group

Carrier availability, products, features, and eligibility vary by state and individual circumstances.

WHY A NON-CAPTIVE APPROACH MATTERS

A captive agent generally represents one insurance company and primarily offers that company's products.

As a non-captive professional, I can evaluate options from multiple carriers rather than being limited to one company's product lineup.

That doesn't mean one carrier is always better than another.

It means we have more options to consider.

THE GOAL ISN'T TO FIND THE "BEST" COMPANY.

The goal is to find an option that makes sense for the purpose we're trying to address.

Listen → Educate → Explore → Decide

No pressure. No one-size-fits-all answers. Just a process designed to help you understand your options before making a decision.

PAGE-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURE
